      1. This is the recipe I use: 4 medium zucchini, 140g feta, 4 spring onions, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. finely chopped dill, 3 tbsp. mint or oregano, 4 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup flour, salt, pepper, oil to fry. Wash the zucchini and grate them large, put them with salt in a colander to drain for about one hour. Squeeze them well then put them in a bowl with the onion, feta, dill, oregano and the egg, mix well. Add the flour and breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Heat the oil, form the balls with a spoon, flatten them. Fry 3-4 minutes each size until golden. Put them on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Enjoy!
