Ljubljana – Windows (Part 3)

This is the romantic part of Ljubljana, the old fashioned facades, ruined by atmosferical agents and time passing by.

For some reason they have reminded me of French Revolution.

But it is a feeling that vanished walking down the streets, cause this city, on the contrary, look so peaceful and quiet.

  1. True, there is a great variety of styles in Ljubljana. I’m really glad that it appealed to you. In case you don’t know, the building in the featured photo is the National and University Library (NUK), designed by Jože Plečnik, the most well-known Slovenian architect.

      1. Oh, no! Thanks for the warning. I do tend to get distracted when I have a camera in my hand. I guess it is a common danger for photographers.
